Physical Products
Every product we create is made to order, customized specifically for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for standard orders (wrong size, color, or change of mind).
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. No need to return the item. We'll handle it from here.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final once accessed or downloaded. You'll receive a link to submit your information as soon as you purchase. You have 10 business days to submit your info. If there are any issues with what you receive, reach out within 30 days of receiving it, and we'll resolve it. But we can't offer refunds for change of mind.
